CK 300TH
Twin head PLC controlled grinding machine for circular knives
The CK 300 TH machine is equipped with a double grinding head, for the simultaneous grinding of the bevels on both sides of the circular knife, reducing the processing times of this type of knife, and for a burr-free finish on the cutting edge.
The machine can also grinds knives with a bevel on only one side of the knife.
Grinding with emulsion coolant or neat oil, for sharpening of carbon steel, stainless steel, HSS, solid carbide, knives.
The programming of the machine is extremely simple, by panel PC with touch screen display, and operator interface with guided menu, for entering the working parameters and the operations of the processing.
The CK 300 TH machine is able to sharpen batches of knives of the same diameter.
The control system shows on the display the load current of the grinding wheel spindle motors, the time remaining at the end of the automatic cycle and the total time of the knife grinding process.
The CK 300 TH machine can be equipped with the teleservice program, if required.
