INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

This statement is provided pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the Personal Data Protection Code (the “Code”), to those who interact with the web services of Businaro (“Businaro”) accessible via the internet from the address: www.businaro.com (the “Site”). The Statement is provided for the Site and for any other website referable to Businaro to which it is transferred via a direct link. On the contrary, the Statement does not apply to any other websites to which the user is redirected from the Website, which cannot be traced back to Businaro and for which Businaro is not responsible either for their content or for their privacy procedures.

6. Optional provision of data
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, Businaro collects personal data such as name, surname, e-mail address, country of residence and other information, spontaneously provided by users of the Website, data that will be used to provide the information and services requested, to answer questions posed by users themselves, and for advertising, sales and product development purposes. In particular, the data contained in the Curricula Vitae voluntarily provided will be used by the Human Resources Department, in accordance with the purposes for which they were provided, for personnel recruitment purposes. The user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the registration forms. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to provide the services requested. In some cases, the Personal Data Protection Authority may request news and information pursuant to Articles 157 et seq. of the Code, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, a reply is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

7. Modalities of processing
Personal data are processed by computerised means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Personal data will only be used by Businaro and will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may contact the Data Controller to exercise the rights provided for by the Code (Article 7, reproduced in full below), and, in particular, access the data, request that they be corrected and updated, and oppose processing for legitimate reasons. Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to be informed:
(a) the origin of the personal data;
(b) the purposes and methods of processing;
(c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
(d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
3. The data subject is entitled to obtain:
(a) updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
